ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and partnering closely with senior leaders across Moose, our Global Manager, People Communications plays a big role in helping Moosies around the world feel informed, inspired and connected.
With our global People Communications strategy already in place, you’ll take the lead on bringing it to life – embedding our new communication rhythms, strengthening how we connect with our people and making sure the right messages land in the right way, at the right time.
This is a role for someone who can comfortably move between strategy and sleeves-up delivery. One minute you might be advising a senior leader on a sensitive business announcement, the next you’re shaping a global communications plan, writing an all-staff email, building a leader cascade or creating content that celebrates our people and culture.
You’ll also support the rollout of our employer brand and LinkedIn strategy, helping us show the outside world what makes Moose such a special place to work.
This is a part-time parental leave cover role (24 hours per week), with flexibility to work across either three or four days between Tuesday and Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a seasoned communications professional who knows how to turn strategy into stories that resonate. With a strong background in people and change communications, you’ve led complex, global initiatives and know how to engage diverse audiences in meaningful ways. You bring deep expertise across internal communications, employee engagement and transformation.
You’re a trusted advisor who is comfortable partnering one-on-one with senior leaders, asking the right questions and helping navigate complex or sensitive moments with calm, clear and thoughtful communication.
You’re also a brilliant writer and content creator who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You can move from developing a strategic communications approach to writing the final message, shaping a presentation or bringing a creative campaign to life.
You know how to simplify complexity, build alignment across different teams and audiences, and create communications that feel purposeful and human.
Above all, you’re values-led and people-first, bringing energy, authenticity and a genuine passion for creating cultures where people feel informed, inspired and proud to belong.
