About the role

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Personal Assistant who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional service and building genuine relationships.

Working alongside a Senior Sales Consultant, you'll play an important role in supporting the sales process through buyer management, conducting open for inspections, database management and assisting at auctions. This is a fast-paced and varied role that offers the opportunity to develop your skills and build a successful career in real estate.

What you will bring

• An Estate Agent's Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate.
• A current Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a strong desire to build a career in the industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and negotiate with buyers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong client focus and alignment with our values of trust, transparency and integrity.
