Little Zak’s Academy is looking for an exceptional leader to step into our 130-place service in Bomaderry.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership and performance of the service.

Your focus will be on:

• Building a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
• Developing your educators, Room Leaders and emerging leaders
• Creating consistency and stability across the service
• Leading high-quality educational practice aligned with the EYLF and NQS
• Building strong and trusted relationships with children, families and the local community
• Maintaining compliance and ensuring the service operates to a high standard
• Driving occupancy, enrolments and overall centre performance
• Managing budgets and making sound commercial decisions
• Leading the service as Nominated Supervisor

You will be supported, but you will also be trusted to lead.

About YouWe are looking for a leader who is confident taking ownership and knows how to bring people with them.

You will have:

• An ACECQA-approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
• Previous experience as a Centre Director, Nominated Supervisor or Assistant Director/2IC
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, National Regulations and compliance
• The ability to build a strong team culture and develop educators
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of occupancy and centre performance
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The confidence to make decisions and take accountability for the outcomes of your service
• The resilience and leadership capability to step into a challenging environment and create positive change
