Automotive Service Advisor – DENZA Kew

Harmony Auto is a fast-growing automotive group representing leading EV brands including BYD and DENZA. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our DENZA Kew Service Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium EV brand and play a key role in delivering an exceptional aftersales experience. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service journey while working closely with our workshop team.

• Welcome customers and manage service bookings, enquiries and vehicle drop-offs.

• Provide professional advice on servicing, repairs and maintenance requirements.

• Prepare repair orders, service estimates and customer documentation.

• Liaise with technicians to monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers.

• Coordinate vehicle collections and ensure timely completion of service work.

• Process warranty claims and service-related documentation where required.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally.

• Maintain accurate service records using dealership management systems.

• Work closely with the Service Manager and workshop team to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.

• Good computer skills and experience using dealership management systems is preferred.

• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Current Australian Driver Licence.

• Experience working with premium automotive brands or electric vehicles (EVs).

• Experience using Pentana, Revolution, Era or similar dealership management systems.

• Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes.
