Novated Administration Officer

ORIX is looking for a detail focused and proactive Novated Leasing Administrator to join our Novated team. This role is all about accuracy, organisation, and collaboration - you’ll play a key part in preparing vehicle quotations and supporting our Novated Specialists to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Prepare accurate and timely vehicle quotations in our systems (Salesforce/ORION)
• Liaise with dealers, via phone and email, to obtain pricing and follow up on quotes
• Support Novated Specialists to ensure quotes are processed efficiently and correctly
• Work closely with internal teams including Pricing, Dealer Relations, Credit, and Repairs & Maintenance
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and meet KPIs around turnaround times
• Be part of a supportive, collaborative team environment with regular catch-ups and knowledge sharing

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Proven experience in administration and data entry roles within a corporate environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing high-volume tasks
• Confidence working with numbers and processing information quickly and correctly
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal,
• Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle asssessories
• A positive, can-do attitude and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
