Trust Accountant - Property Management (Part-Time/Job Share/Flexible Options)

Ray White Commercial (WA) are seeking a detail-oriented Trust Accountant to join our dynamic Asset Management team located in the Perth CBD. In this key role, you will oversee end-to-end trust accounting, drive financial reporting, and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Reconciliations

• Complete receipting, payments, and daily bank reconciliations.

• Monitor accounts payable coding for accuracy, entering approved invoices, and on-charging to tenants where required.

• Manage financial changes within the lease system and oversee term deposits.

Reporting & Month-End

• Monitor cash positions and funds partitions, executing End of Month (EOM) processes seamlessly.

• Issue clear, timely owner statements (monthly and ad-hoc).

Compliance, Audits & Client Relations

• Assist with variable outgoings audits, vacate reconciliations, and annual Trust audits.

• Maintain clear, professional communication with property managers, owners, and tenants.

• Experience: Background in Cash and Accrual Trust Accounting within a Commercial Property Management environment.

• Systems: Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (experience with Cirrus 8 is highly regarded).

• Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
