We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Physiotherapist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician looking to take the next step in their career while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
As a Senior Physiotherapist with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes, mentor the next generation of physiotherapists, and engage in continuous professional growth.
The successful applicant shall be part of a multidisciplinary team plans, implements, coordinates and evaluates Physiotherapy services in the clinical specialty area of Rehabilitation and Aged Care using advanced Physiotherapy clinical practice skills. Plans, implements and evaluates patient safety and quality of care. Supports the Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department and P3 Senior Physiotherapist in providing supervision to the P1 Physiotherapy staff and support staff in the unit/clinical area, coordinates duties and manages performance. Practices as a Senior Physiotherapist and ensures practice is in accordance with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Code of Conduct, the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Registration Standards and SMHS policies and guidelines.
