Make an impact at Serco
As a TA Consultant – Partnerships, you’ll help us build strong relationships with employment service providers, community organisations and other external partners. You’ll play an important role in creating sustainable employment pathways and connecting diverse talent with opportunities at Serco. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and other stakeholders, you’ll help improve recruitment outcomes, candidate experiences and employment sustainability.
As a TA Consultant – Partnerships in the AsPac team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
Driving wage subsidy outcomes and ensuring eligibility, KPIs and revenue targets are achieved,Taking a solutions focused approach to removing barriers that may impact candidate progression and employment sustainability,Building and maintaining strong relationships with employment service providers and community organisations,Educating partners on Serco roles, recruitment processes, requirements and referral pathways,Monitoring key metrics including referrals, hires, conversion, retention and wage subsidy performance,Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and stakeholders to connect diverse talent with opportunities,

You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have
Experience in employment services, Talent Acquisition, workforce partnerships or a related environment.Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.Experience working with employment service providers and community organisations.An understanding of inclusive recruitment practices and barriers that may affect diverse candidates.The ability to analyse data, track KPIs and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.A collaborative, solutions focused approach with strong communication skills.
