About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a casual position, hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to doing the job right.

You’ll work as part of a small crew to deliver scheduled maintenance including turf care, pruning, weeding, mulching, mowing and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out general landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, hedge trimming, and weed control.

• Maintain garden beds and lawns to a high standard.

• Use a variety of hand tools, blowers, brushcutters, and mowers.

• Support the team leader in day-to-day site tasks.

• Follow site safety procedures and complete digital job reporting (training provided).

• Assist with basic irrigation repairs and seasonal tasks such as mulching or planting as required.

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance, turf care, or similar (preferred but not essential).

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

• Manual driver’s licence (preferred).

• White Card and ACDC licence (advantageous or willing to obtain).

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and as part of a team.
