  Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group lessons online

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students

  • Adapt lesson content to suit learner needs

  • Maintain clear and timely communication

  Essential Requirements

  • Native or near-native English proficiency

  • CELTA or 100+ hour TESOL/TEFL certificate from a recognised institution

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline)

  • Minimum 3 years' ESL experience teaching adults (references required)

  • Confident online presence and strong communication skills

  • Organised and self-motivated with excellent time management

  • Broadband internet connection

  • Clean police record - Police record from country of current residence is acceptable

• Availability for at least 12 hours per week on weekdays, not guaranteed, lessons are allocated according to demand.

• Any valid Australian/ New Zealand work visa required

• Desirable

  • Experience using Adobe Connect

  • Experience teaching Business or Technical English
