This is a seasonal casual role designed for our peak trading period. To join Team LSKD, you must be available across all key dates below:

• Group Interviews: Between 14th – 16th September
• Regional Inductions: Between 13th – 15th October
• In-Store Shadow Shifts & Training: Commencing mid-October
• Peak Campaign Period: November through late January
• Key Trading Days: Full availability across Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day is essential.
• Roster Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work weekend shifts and peak extended trading hours. This engagement is casual.

• Setting the Floor Standard: Keeping the store fully stocked, visual merchandising looking fresh, and making sure the floor is always 100% peak season ready.
• Crushing Peak Fast-Paced Ops: Crushing operations with speed and accuracy, processing sales smoothly, and keeping stock moving from the backroom to the floor.
