We are seeking a visionary and warm retail leader to elevate our Victorian footprint as Multi-Site Manager, overseeing our boutique Armadale High Street store and vibrant Melbourne Central hub. This isn't a distant, corporate area manager position spent behind a desk. It is a high-touch, creative, and deeply commercial role crafted for a leader who thrives at the intersection of team mentorship, refined operations, and local brand storytelling.

While you will hold commercial accountability for both locations, this role offers an exciting point of difference: total ownership over our Local Marketing Strategy Execution, Social Media, and In-Store Events.

• Local Event Curation & Activations: From intimate VIP styling evenings and artisan workshops in Armadale to grand seasonal launches at Melbourne Central, you will design and host events that enchant our community and inspire loyalty.

• Creative Social Media Leadership: Lead the local social media narrative for Victoria. You will capture authentic, elevated content—from Reels showcasing new collections to Behind-the-Scenes stories—while empowering your store teams to express their own creative flair.

• Community Connection: Actively foster relationships with local Victorian stylists, influencers, and partner brands, weaving Francesca effortlessly into the fabric of the local community.

• Empowered Commercial Strategy: Seamlessly balance high-level commercial acumen—managing wages, stock productivity, and revenue goals—with a personal, hands-on presence on the boutique floor.
  

• Cultivate Performance: Direct sales performance, gross margins, and store profitability across both sites with a thoughtful, strategic approach.

• Nurture & Coach Teams: Mentor Assistant Store Managers and retail stylists, cultivating a warm, high-performing culture through ongoing coaching and meaningful connection.

• Elevate the Customer Journey: Ensure every guest who walks through our doors receives the signature, unforgettable Francesca experience.

• Seamless Operations: Oversee omnichannel services and inventory flow, ensuring elegance and precision in every detail.
  

• An experienced retail leader or senior flagship manager with a passion for luxury, fashion and premium jewellery.

• A commercially minded strategist who leads with empathy, warmth, and high standards.

• A creative communicator who feels natural producing social content and designing engaging community activations.

• Adaptable and agile, with the ability to move effortlessly between the refined pace of Armadale and the energetic rhythm of Melbourne Central.
