Job Description

Reporting to the F&B Manager you will be responsible for the following:

Providing a friendly and professional F&B service with the upmost efficiency and attention to detail.Provide our guests with exceptional customer service ensuring their expectations are always met.Working with customers and kitchen to ensure service times are adhered too.Be proficient in systems,, maintain control of restaurants and bistro service equipment, and carry out regular stock takes.Training and development of floor staff with the constant focus on providing an excellent guest experience.Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Club guidelines and Dooleys Management Policies.

The ideal person for this role will be an ambitious multi-skilled and proactive Team Member with demonstrated experience in the following:

Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays.Customer Service ExperienceComputer literate with effencie in both Microsoft Word and ExcelHave previous F&B Supervisory experience.Wine and Beverage knowledgeExcellent communication skills.Table service and counter service experience.Have a current or able to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol(RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling(RCG) competency card.
