Title: Digital and Content Coordinator
Employment: Full time / Ongoing
Salary: $80,000 per annum (plus $15,900 NFP Salary Packaging)
Location: Surrey Hills VIC

About the role

Reporting to the National Manager, Communication and Engagement, the Digital and Content Coordinator leads the day-to-day delivery of Able Australia's digital and social media presence.

You'll turn real stories, and organisational priorities into accessible and engaging content that builds awareness, strengthens trust and supports Able Australia tell it's story.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Create engaging social media content, capture stories across our services, produce short-form videos, update digital channels and see firsthand how your work helps connect people with disability, families, employees and communities.
• Develop and maintain Able Australia's social media channels and content calendar creating a consistent, engaging and values-led digital presence.
• Source and develop respectful, accessible stories from clients, employees, services and communities
• Create, schedule and publish regular content across agreed platforms, with a focus on quality, consistency and engagement
• Maintain website content and develop digital materials that support client attraction, retention, campaigns and fundraising activities.
• Monitor digital performance, engagement and enquiries, using insights to continually improve content, timing and channel effectiveness.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:

You're creative, curious and organised, with enthusiasm for digital marketing and storytelling. You enjoy getting involved, bringing ideas to life and managing content from concept through to publication.

• Demonstrated capability in digital communications or social media management
• Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
• Practical experience creating and scheduling social media content
• Confidence using digital tools for content creation and publishing
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Diploma qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications and substantial professional experience will be highly regarded.
