Engineering Mechanical (Fitting & Machining) Apprenticeship

What you’ll do -

Whilst studying a Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical working with Klondu over 4 years, you’ll have the opportunity to work on:

• Fitting and machining of machinery components.
• Use computer-controlled machine tools as well as hand and power tools
• Operating Lathes, Milling Machines, Vertical/Horizontal Borers, Horizontal Press & Bearing Heaters
• Carry out other duties that are within the limits of apprentice skills, competence and ability as required

What we’re looking for -

• Commitment to both on and off the job training.
• Good communication in a team environment.
• Eager to learn new skills and exercise good work ethic.
• Honest and reliable.

Must-haves -

• National Police Check
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical (audiometry, drug and alcohol screening, and functional capacity assessment)
