Telesales & Administration

Due to continued rapid growth, Red Funnel has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales & Administration All rounder to join our Afternoon shift (4pm-10pm 5-6 days a week with possible overtime) team in Kotara, NSW.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on delivering excellent customer service, and is looking to build a long-term career with a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

·         Answer incoming sales enquiries via phone and email

·         Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

·         Provide accurate product and pricing information to customers

·         Respond to client questions and requests in a timely, efficient, and commercial manner

·         Provide general administrative support as required.

Skills & Experience

·         Professional and confident phone manner, with the ability to manage multiple incoming calls

·         Strong interest in learning a new industry and developing a long-term career

·         Ability to listen to customers and provide objective, solution-based advice

·         Efficient and accurate order processing skills (phone and online)

·         Intermediate computer skills preferred

·         Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

·         Food service industry experience or knowledge preferred
