Operations & Resource Coordinator (Recruitment Focus

About the Role

If you enjoy fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment and connecting people with real opportunities, this role will feel like a great fit. Your main focus will be sourcing, screening, onboarding and coordinating blue‑collar workers across construction, civil, transport, demolition and logistics.

Alongside recruitment, you’ll help keep workforce movements running smoothly and supporting the greater team with rostering, allocations and day‑to‑day operational needs so the people you hire are deployed effectively across projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• High‑volume recruitment: posting ads, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews and inductions, completing compliance checks, and supporting hiring managers across multiple entities.
• Scheduling/rostering: assisting with rostering, updating allocations, tracking workforce movements, and helping ensure staffing coverage across projects and shifts.
• Generalist HR support: onboarding new starters and assisting staff with everyday queries.

Who You Are

• Experience in blue‑collar recruitment or high‑volume recruitment.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with competing priorities.
• Clear communicator who builds trust quickly with candidates, supervisors and managers.
• Organised, adaptable and confident juggling recruitment and operational tasks.
• Familiar with HR/CRM systems and the Microsoft suite.
