Sales Assistant - Inner North

We are working with a boutique real estate business is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join their team.

Working closely alongside an established agent with 10+ years of industry experience, this is a great opportunity to build your career in residential sales with hands-on training, mentorship and exposure to the full sales process.

The Role:

• Monday–Saturday
• Up to $80K incl. Super
• Phone & car allowance, laptop and iPad provided
• Work alongside the lead agent across the full sales process
• Buyer call-backs and buyer management
• Open for Inspections and private inspections
• Prospecting and lead generation
• Database management and maintenance
• General sales administration
• Supporting campaigns and listings
• Assist with day-to-day sales activity
• Opportunity to learn from an experienced agent and external real estate coach

About You:

• Previous real estate sales experience preferred, but not essential
• Agents Representative Certificate
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Confident, professional and motivated
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Keen to develop a long-term career in real estate sales
• Mature and professional approach
