About the role

We are looking for a motivated Storeman/Delivery Driver/Inventory Controller for an entry level position. There is an opportunity in the future to become a Kitchen Installer/Cabinetmaker.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and load kitchen cabinetry, hardware, and benchtops for delivery and installation
• Receive and process incoming hardware, doors, panels, and related materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised environment
• Pack and prepare hardware, panels, and other essential items for kitchen installations
• Assist with knocking up (basic assembly of) cabinetry as required
• Assist onsite with ripping out existing cabinetry and removal of rubbish when required
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily tasks and coordination
• Prioritise daily workflow, including forklift operations and inventory management
• Maintain accurate and detailed inventory and operational records and provide regular updates
• Ensure all workplace health and safety standards are upheld

About you

• Valid driver's licence
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Well presented, friendly, hardworking, courteous and honest
• Ability to work with hand and power tools would be an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage but not essential
