Legal Assistant

This is a full-time role but we are also open to people looking for 4 days per week.

The Opportunity

As a Legal Assistant in our Personal Injury team, you’ll work closely with experienced lawyers and play a key role in supporting injured clients through their legal journey.

You will be at the heart of our operations, providing essential legal support and client service.

The Role

• Assist with general administration and filing
• Maintain calendars and diary appointments
• Develop a deeper understanding of litigation procedures
• Open new files, prepare letters and correspondence, draft medical-legal letters of instruction
• Compile briefs and court documents
• Proactively liaise with the supervising solicitor and relevant parties to advance files
• Monitor critical dates to ensure deadlines are met
• Respond to client enquiries via telephone and in-person, professionally and with empathy.
