Full-Time Warehouse Picker / Packer – Acacia Ridge, QLD
Lee Brothers is an Australian-owned company with over 20 years’ experience supplying safety workwear, footwear, and PPE to major national customers under our Tuffwear™ brand. We operate across Brisbane, Sydney, and Perth and are continuing to grow.
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Full-Time Picker/Packer to join our Acacia Ridge warehouse team for up to 38 hours per week (5 days per week). This is an ongoing role suited to someone looking for long-term employment and stability.
This is no ordinary warehouse role. Your day will be split between computer-based order processing and physical picking, packing, and dispatch, so versatility is essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesPicking, packing, and dispatching customer workwear orders from paper-based order forms (no RF scanners)
Managing freight and dispatch documentation
Dispatching work orders for customer embroidery
Checking incoming supplier purchase orders
Receiving and checking inter-warehouse transfers
Labelling and putting away incoming stock
General warehouse and housekeeping duties as required
This is a hands-on, repetitive role that requires accuracy, focus, and the ability to work to tight delivery timeframes. Approximately 50% or more of the role is computer-based, with the remainder spent on the warehouse floor.
You will be required to use an order picker, so you must be comfortable working at heights.
Forklift use is very limited. If you are seeking a forklift-focused role, this position will not be suitable. A current forklift licence is not required for this position, however will be regarded.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:Strong computer skills - computer literacy is a must
Previous warehouse experience (safety/PPE industry experience highly regarded)
Excellent attention to detail for accurate picking, packing, and dispatch
Current forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
Physical fitness suitable for manual handling tasks
Strong time management skills
Good written and spoken English
A proven record of reliability and attendance
Competitive hourly rate in line with Award MA000084
Up to 38 hours / 5 days per week
Permanent role available for the right candidate after a short trial period as casual
Immediate start preferred
Hours:
Monday to Friday, business hours only
No weekends, afternoons, or night shifts
