Senior Sales Force Effectiveness & CRM Analyst

About the role

This role sits at the centre of how the field team is measured, targeted and equipped - combining SFE analytics with ownership of the Veeva CRM data environment. You'll work closely with field managers, brand teams and an India-based analytics team, with direct visibility into strategy for a high-priority launch.

Key responsibilities

• CRM point of contact across field sales, BI&A, IT and support teams - licensing, troubleshooting, workflow improvements

• Own customer data exchange processes with IQVIA; resolve discrepancies against SLAs

• Maintain mapping files linking CRM structures (territories, targets, hierarchies) to reporting

• Manage targeting and incentive compensation processes

• Develop training materials and run best-practice sessions with field advocates

• Deliver ad-hoc analyses for leadership (performance tracking, QBRs, competitive intel)

• Support territory restructures, field sizing and incentive redesign

• Extract and analyse Veeva reports; maintain BI&A SharePoint

About you

• 5+ years in sales force effectiveness, CRM analytics, or commercial/field analytics — pharma/healthcare preferred

• Hands-on Veeva CRM experience (admin/configuration a plus)

• Strong Excel and Power BI

• Familiarity with IQVIA data products desirable

• Confident stakeholder management

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, life sciences or related field
