What You'll Be Doing

·         Support monthly financial reporting, analysis, and KPI tracking

·         Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

·         Analyse project and job profitability to identify trends and opportunities

·         Help monitor project performance and financial outcomes

·         Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards

·         Support inventory reporting and reconciliation processes

·         Provide financial insights to assist with pricing, tenders, and business decisions

·         Partner with teams across the business to improve financial outcomes

·         Identify ways to streamline reporting and improve processes

·         Contribute to exciting ad hoc projects and business improvement initiatives

About You

We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn.

 You may be:

•  A recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field

• Early in your finance career with 1-3 years of relevant experience

You'll also bring:

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

• An eye for detail and strong organisational skills

• Confidence communicating with both finance and non-finance teams

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• An interest in understanding how finance supports business success
