Description

Develop and execute the Data & AI practice strategy within the Energy sector.Build and own the go-to-market roadmap, identifying new opportunities, offerings, partnerships and growth initiatives.Engage with C-suite and senior business leaders to understand challenges and position AI-led solutions.Lead client engagements from strategy through to delivery, ensuring measurable business outcomes.Drive business development activities including solution shaping, proposal development and executive presentations.Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI and data solutions.Build thought leadership across Energy, AI, advanced analytics and digital transformation.Grow and mentor a high-performing team of data, AI and consulting professionals.

Profile

A Successful Practice Lead Data & AI Should Have

Significant experience within the Energy, Utilities or Resources sector.Strong commercial and consulting background with proven client-facing experience.Experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies, practice growth plans and new service offerings.Demonstrated success developing trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and clients.Experience leading large-scale data, analytics or AI transformation initiatives.Strong business development, sales support and solution consulting capabilities.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from $240,000 to $270,000 AUD.Permanent role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.Opportunities to lead impactful projects in data and AI.
