Senior Accounts/Administration Officer.

Direct Trades Supply Pty Ltd is a proudly Western Australian owned and operated - Your One-Stop equipment shop providing fencing, power tools and shedloads of hardware supplies.

Operating from our property in Maddington we require an Administration / Accounts / Data Entry person to work with our accounts team. 

The successful applicant must have strong communication and organisational skills, enthusiasm and able to work independently and in a team environment.

The Position

• Full time position: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm supporting the Accounts team.

• Assisting with bank reconciliations, ensuring correct and accurate journal entries.

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing supplier invoices, managing client billing, and ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Data Management: Updating internal databases/spreadsheets.

To be successful for this position, the applicant will ideally possess the following: 

• Previous experience in accounts is essential.

• Knowledge of MYOB AccountRight would be a strong advantage.

• Time Management.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Honest and Reliable.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Experience working with Microsoft Excel.

• Able to work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
