Skin & Beauty Therapist – Permanent Part-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Skin and Beauty Therapist who wants to build loyal clients, perform work she’s proud of and enjoy genuine variety from skin needling and treatment planning to beautiful brows, lash lifts and tanning.

For more than 15 years, Everywhere Beauty has helped women across Sydney’s Lower North Shore feel confident in their skin. We’re an established business with locations in Cremorne and Lane Cove, a loyal client base and a growing focus on non-invasive, results-driven skin treatments.

This is a permanent part-time role for someone who wants stability, ongoing development and a workplace where her contribution genuinely matters.

• Enjoy creating genuine relationships with clients and becoming their trusted therapist.

• Love advanced skin treatments but still enjoy brows, lashes, waxing and tanning.

• Take pride in delivering consistently excellent treatments.

• Want to understand the person in front of you not deliver cookie cutter treatments.

• Are confident recommending home care and future treatments that will genuinely help.

• Understand that rebooking, retail and treatment goals are part of excellent client care.

• Are reliable, self-motivated and enjoy being part of a team with high standards.

• Want to continue learning and developing your treatment and consultation skills.

• Facials and advanced skin treatments, including skin needling and infusion treatments.

• Skin consultations, treatment planning and client education.

• Brows, lash lifts and tinting.

• Facial and body waxing, including female Brazilian waxing.

• Spray tanning.

• Product recommendations and home-care planning.

• Rebooking clients and supporting their ongoing skin and beauty journey.

• Maintaining beautiful, organised treatment rooms and clinic standards.

• Occasionally joining us in social media content.

• A Diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist.

• At least 2 years of salon or clinic experience.

• Confidence in facials, brows, lash lifts, waxing, female Brazilian waxing and spray tanning.

• Strong consultation and communication skills.

• A genuine interest in skin health and non-invasive treatments.

• Reliability, initiative and personal accountability.

• Flexibility to work across our Cremorne and Lane Cove locations when required.

• Availability to work Saturdays and some late-night trading.

• A secure permanent part-time position with regular hours.
