Digital Marketing Assistant

Come join our growing global team. JetBlack Cycling is seeking an ambitious, highly organised and digitally capable Brand Assistant who wants to build a meaningful career in the cycling and fitness industry.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action. You will help create and deliver campaigns, product launches, website content, EDMs, social media assets, retailer tools and event materials across our Australian and global channels.

You will work closely with brand, sales, product, operations and global marketing leaders. You will need initiative, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising quality or brand consistency.

What you will do

• Create and adapt digital campaign assets using Canva and contemporary AI tools.
• Edit short-form video and campaign content using CapCut.
• Build and deploy EDMs, campaigns and workflows in HubSpot.
• Prepare content for social media, websites, dealer portals, presentations and sales tools.
• Update product imagery, copy, pricing and feature information in WooCommerce, WordPress and Elementor.
• Support product launches, DTC bundles, dealer activation kits, ride nights and cycling events.
• Capture and edit basic product, lifestyle and event photography.
• Monitor social trends, assist with campaign reporting and help evaluate performance.
• Coordinate tasks, versions and approvals across multiple stakeholders and escalate risks early.
• Protect the quality and consistency of the JetBlack brand across every channel.

What you will bring

• Practical HubSpot experience, including EDMs, campaigns or workflows.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong Canva skills and confidence using AI-assisted creative tools.
• CapCut or similar short-form video editing capability.
• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively with multiple managers and stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the confidence to take ownership.
• Strong written communication and an instinct for clear, consistent brand presentation.

Highly regarded

• WooCommerce, WordPress or Elementor front-end experience.
• Photography, image editing and digital asset management skills.
• Experience in cycling, fitness, sporting goods, retail, DTC or consumer products.
• Knowledge of, or active participation in, indoor or outdoor cycling.
