We're Hourglass. We rebuild companies around AI — recruiters, property firms, family offices — and save them thousands of hours. Almost nobody knows we exist yet. That's your job.
Our own marketing right now is... us, occasionally, between builds.We want someone who lives on the internet to own it.
The job, in plain English
Three things are non-negotiable:
• The podcast — edit it, clip it, make it travel. Turn one 30-min recording into a week of content.• The newsletter — write the thing people actually open. Our company brain is full of gold; your job is to mine it.• LinkedIn & socials — you own the channels. Post, test, learn, repeat. This is the engine room.
Then: go wild. TikTok? YouTube Shorts? A meme account that somehow closes enterprise deals? If you can argue it'll grow us, run the experiment. We'd rather you tried ten things and two worked than waited for permission.
Who you actually are
• You post, you don't just scroll. You've got a profile with a track record — because posting is the hard part, and you've already done the reps.• You can turn a rough recording into something people actually finish watching.• You'd rather ship a B+ post today than a perfect one next week.• You don't need a 20-page brand guideline to get moving.
You do NOT need a marketing degree, 5 years of experience, or to have done this exact job before. We care what you've made, not where you studied.
