About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a smart and enthusiastic Lease Analyst to join our Integrated Portfolio Management team. In this role, you'll own a broad range of administrative and analytical activities for a diverse property portfolio, managing lease obligations, financial administration, compliance requirements and portfolio reporting. Supporting the Lease Manager in their interaction with landlords, government agencies, property professionals and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key supporting role in ensuring lease integrity, financial accuracy and exceptional client outcomes. You'll report to a collaborative and supportive Lease Manager.

This role is ideal for a highly organised Lease Analyst, Lease Officer or Property Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing attention to detail, analysis and providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

Support leasehold and freehold property portfolios and associated lease obligationsEnsure lease data integrity across property management databases and reporting systemsReview and approve lease abstracts, lease obligations and lease documentationSupport rent reviews, CPI increases and lease compliance requirementsOversee recurring and non-recurring lease payments and approvalsReview expenditure and revenue rent rolls and identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvementManage tenant billing, outgoings reconciliations and revenue recovery processesInterpret lease documents and provide advice on landlord and tenant obligationsSupport annual budgeting, forecasting and expenditure analysisReview financial reporting and portfolio performance dataSupport audit processes, reporting requirements and compliance obligations

About You

Minimum 1 years' experience in property leasing or property administrationAn understanding of property leases, invoicing and reconciliationsExceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data and reportingStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlinesAdvanced administration and database management skillsTertiary qualification in Real Estate, Business or Finance, or Estate Agent's Licence highly regarded
