People Coordinator

We’re hiring: People Coordinator | Omnicom Media | Sydney
We’re looking for a People Coordinator to join our central People team at Omnicom Media in Sydney.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to build broad, hands-on experience within a fast-paced, collaborative People function, supporting some of the best-known agency brands across the Omnicom Media portfolio.
Working closely with our Head of People Operations and People Directors, you’ll get exposure across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and contracts through to HR systems, employee queries, compliance and People & Culture projects.
You’ll be involved in:• Supporting a seamless onboarding experience for our new starters• Managing employee lifecycle changes, contracts and documentation• Working across Workday, ServiceNow and our shared services teams• Partnering with Payroll, People Directors and managers across the business• Supporting probation processes and day-to-day People queries• Contributing to employee experience initiatives and wider People & Culture projects• Supporting key compliance activities including WGEA reporting and HR audits
We’d love to hear from someone with around 1–2 years’ HR experience who is organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about building a career in People & Culture.
You’ll need strong attention to detail, great communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Previous Workday experience is a bonus, but definitely not essential — we’re looking for someone eager to learn.
