About the role

Roar Cranes is looking for an experienced Dogman to join our team in Braeside, Victoria. A varied role across different projects and worksites.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the safe setup and operation of cranes

• Perform all dogging duties safely and efficiently

• Inspect and select suitable lifting equipment

• Communicate clearly with crane operators and site personnel

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines

• Support the wider team when required

About you

• Valid Dogging High Risk Work Licence

• Proven experience working with cranes

• Strong understanding of safe lifting practices

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Current driver's licence & reliable transport
