Training Coordinator

Location: Perth or Adelaide

Join Aurizon's Learning & Development team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of training programs that help keep our workforce safe, compliant and capable.

As a Training Coordinator, you'll provide essential coordination, administration and planning support across a range of training activities and initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, systems experience and a passion for learning and development to build their career within a large and complex organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Lead L&D Delivery, you'll support the coordination and delivery of training programs and activities that meet enterprise, regulatory and compliance requirements. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure training activities are planned, tracked and delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of training programs, activities and processes.
• Provide high-quality administration, scheduling and planning support for training initiatives.
• Maintain training records and support learning management system activities.
• Prepare reports, conduct analysis and provide recommendations to support training outcomes and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate assurance and verification activities to support governance and regulatory obligations.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to support training objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Experience in administration, coordination or business support roles.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence working with systems, data and reporting.
• High-level Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, training administration or learning and development activities will be highly regarded.
• Must be based in either Adelaide or Perth
