We’re looking for a Site Manager to lead upcoming remedial and refurbishment projects across NSW.
Ideally, you’ll be Sydney-based and open to travel.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of site operations, safety, and delivery. You’ll manage fit-out and refurbishment projects up to $15M, ensuring they’re completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading site teams and subcontractors to meet project milestones

• Managing daily site operations and scheduling trades

• Conducting toolbox talks and site meetings

• Ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards

• Performing QA checks and managing defect rectification

• Using HammerTech for reporting and site documentation

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Site Manager (non-residential)

• Willingness to work in remote regional locations for extended periods

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience with roofing or working at heights (preferred)

• White Card (Construction General Induction)

• Familiarity with HammerTech or similar safety software

• Cert IV in Building & Construction or WHS (advantageous)

• A passion for quality construction and a strong safety mindset

• Police clearance required for all site-based roles
