Palliative Support Clinician

We are seeking passionate and compassionate clinicians to join our dedicated community palliative care team in casual positions. We currently have an opportunity available for a Casual Palliative Support Clinician. 

Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) provides specialist palliative care support to clients and families in their own homes and community settings, helping people achieve comfort, dignity and quality of life during some of their most important moments.

At EPC, you’ll be part of a supportive and values-driven team where your contribution directly impacts the lives of clients, families and carers.

Requirements

• Eligible for membership with AASW or PACFA (or equivalent professional body)
• Passion for providing psychosocial and palliative support to individuals and families experiencing life-limiting illness
