Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, Friday 8am to 2:30pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in profile extrusion operations, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high production standards and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor plastic extrusion lines according to production specifications.

• Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, pressure, etc.) to optimize quality and efficiency.

• Inspect extruded materials for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues.

• Record production data accurately and report equipment or process problems promptly.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience operating plastics extrusion machinery.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of extrusion process parameters.

• Basic knowledge of thermoplastics and extrusion materials (PVC).

• Forklift License highly desirable.

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

• Willingness to work.
