Balloon Aloft is a premier tourism operator offering balloon flights at sunrise taking in views of the picturesque Hunter Valley region.

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and flexible balloon crew members to join our dynamic team in the Hunter Valley. This position includes getting up before sunrise, can be physically demanding however is fun and rewarding. 

We are seeking new crew members to work weekdays, weekends only or a combination of both. 

Ideally you will hold a LR Manual Licence or be willing to obtain within the first few weeks of employment.

You will also possess the following qualities: 

• Personable and well-presented

• Have reliable transport

• Ability to pass a full pre employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.

• Ability to provide physical assistance with assembly, inflation, launch and packing of balloons.

• Hold good communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously & take initiative.

• Willingness to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties will include but not limited to: -

• Meet and greet passengers pre and post flight.

• Assisting the pilot with a flight safety brief.

• Assisting with assembly, inflation and launch of balloons.

• Drive manual vehicles including small passenger busses, 4WDs and towing trailers.

• Cleaning and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
