We’re on the lookout for a Manager to manage our charming 95-room 3 star Hotel located in Cairns City NSW!
What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management with a warm and a welcoming attitude
Overseeing housekeeping schedules, room checks
Handle on-call duties outside of regular business hours.
Assist and supervise housekeeping staff
Manage property maintenance as they arise
Ensure safety compliance
Provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and Management.
Ability to follow company procedures.
Utilize computer and MS Office skills
Staying motivated to exceed sales targets and work within the budget.
Prior motel or business management experience required
Strong leadership and attention to detail
Ability to address maintenance issues, staffing shortages, and renovations as they arise.
Current police check needed
Must relocate to Cairns, NSW
Must have work authorization in Australia.
