About the Role

As a Production Worker in you will be responsible for:

• Operating machinery and equipment in line with APVMA and GMP standards

• Accurately following documented processes and procedures

• Weighing raw materials to precise specifications

• Conducting product quality checks

• Cleaning and sanitising production areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards

• Meeting production targets and deadlines

• Undertaking comprehensive on‑the‑job training

• Assisting across the business as required

What We’re Looking For

• Reliability and commitment to assigned shifts

• Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks with the ability to lift 25kg

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• A positive, team‑focused attitude

• Forklift licence preferred but not mandatory
