About the role

This Casual Delivery Driver role at Complete Construction Supplies' in Williamstown, VIC offers the opportunity to join a leading supplier of construction materials. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering goods to customer locations throughout all areas of Melbourne.

Complete construction supplies are looking for someone keen to work Tuesday-Friday, 10.30am - finish time to be discussed with applicant. However times and days can be altered to the right applicant.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operating a delivery van to transport and deliver construction supplies to residential, commercial and industrial customers

• Picking up orders from suppliers and delivering the goods to customers

• Carefully loading and unloading materials and equipment at customer sites

• Maintaining delivery vehicle and equipment in clean, safe and roadworthy condition

• Providing excellent customer service and liaising with customers on delivery details

• Accurately recording and reporting all delivery information

• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's licence and experience driving light commercial vehicles

• Knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills

• Familiarity with Melbourne suburbs
