Rope Access Technician (L1,L2,L3)

Experienced painting at heights? Ready to reach new ones?

We're hiring 2 part-time rope access technicians to join our crew on facade restoration projects across Sydney. If you've already got your rope access ticket and some painting or facade experience, we'll help you build your rope skills further from there.

Varied and hands-on! Our current facade restoration projects include pressure washing, caulking, concrete repairs, and painting. Locations vary across Sydney.

•     Construction Induction (White Card)

•     Working Safely at Heights Certificate

•     IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification (current)

•     Minimum 6–12 months painting work experience

•     Valid Australian work rights

YOU’LL NEED YOU ROPE ACCESS QUALIFICATIONS BEFORE YOUR TRIAL.
WE CAN’T PUT ANYONE ON ROPE WITHOUT ONE, AND WE CAN’T LEGALLY OR SAFELY HAVE YOU ON SITE WITHOUT ALL THE QUALIFICATIONS ABOVE.

•     Some painting experience and a good attitude

•     Willing to learn. We'll help you develop your rope skills, but we won't teach you to paint

•     Starting rate for Level 1 with no experience: $35/hour, rising as you show competency

•     These are part-time roles. Your hours will be agreed with you and set out in your contract

•     6:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday work, optional)
