Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of our bus depot electrification program. Managing the overall transition of multiple operational bus depots from diesel operations to zero-emission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery contractor, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, budget and timeframes.

• Manage a complex program, coordinating design, construction, testing and operational readiness activities.

• Provide strong leadership and stakeholder management, working closely with internal teams, contractors and government.

• Monitor risks, issues and performance to ensure successful outcomes.

You are an accomplished project leader with a track record of delivering large, complex infrastructure programs. You bring:

• Strong experience managing contractors or Tier 1 and Tier 2 delivery partners.

• Proven ability to lead transitions in operationally complex environments.

• Executive stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Commercial acumen and the ability to balance program priorities with business needs.

We are seeking a full-time resource to commence as soon as possible for an 18-24 month period and are open to both permanent and contractor arrangements.
