Do you have strong relationships across disability, aged care or community services?

Support Network is launching a national Partner Program for experienced, relationship-focused professionals who want to build a portfolio of their own while helping create better outcomes for participants, providers and communities.

HOW THE OPPORTUNITY WORKS

You build relationships and identify opportunities. We do the rest.

Introduce participants, providers and referral partners to Support Network, and we'll manage service delivery, recruitment, workforce, compliance, payroll, technology and operations.

As your portfolio grows, so does your earning potential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build trusted relationships across the disability and aged care sectors
• Develop referral pathways with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, SIL and SDA providers, allied health, hospitals and community organisations
• Identify participant, provider, workforce and partnership opportunities
• Introduce suitable opportunities to Support Network
• Grow your own territory, industry niche or relationship portfolio
• Represent Support Network professionally and ethically
