We are a small beachside kiosk located on Balmoral Beach in Mosman. We are looking for chefs/cooks to join our young energetic team by the beach. Daytime shifts only, no nights, with good public transport access. Great food, great coffee wrapped in an excellent fast-paced working environment. The open positions would suit casual, holiday worker or student with experience. No sponsorships, no cash payments just excellent conditions in a modern kitchen setup. 

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from our diverse menu

• Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to strict health and safety standards

• Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow and timely service

• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications or experience in the hospitality/culinary industry

• Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing meals
