BIC Consolidated is currently seeking reliable and motivated Cleaners to join our team across Wollongong and surrounding suburbs. As one of our cleaners, you will be the face of BIC Consolidated and play a pivotal role in delivering the high-quality service we are committed to providing our clients.

This is a part-time position with various morning and early evening shifts available, including weekend work where required.

• General commercial cleaning of designated areas

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and dusting

• Cleaning amenities, kitchens, and common areas

• Waste removal and bin management

• Operating scrubbing machines where required

• Following site-specific cleaning schedules and safe work procedures

• Reporting maintenance, hazards, or safety issues to supervisors

Working Hours: 6:30 am – 10:30 am (4 hours per day)

Days: Monday to Friday

• A strong focus on time management and attention to detail

• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Be reliable, flexible, and adaptable

• Reliable transport and the flexibility to work across multiple sites

• Experience operating a scrubbing machine (highly regarded)

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential

• Full working rights in Australia

Please Note: Successful applicants will be required to complete and pass a National Police Check prior to commencement.
