About The Role

Our Mount Pleasant site located in the beautiful Hunter valley Region is looking for an experienced Maintenance Administration Officer. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out on-site maintenance administration functions in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.

You will be required to assist senior maintenance personnel with the provision of accurate and timely information regarding maintenance activities, enabling improved performance by the maintenance group.

This is a full time position Monday to Friday 5:2 roster with a monthly rostered day off.

About You

Strong administration experience with exposure to a maintenance, mining or heavy industry environment being highly regarded Proficiency in JDE or equivalent business procurement system Strong financial / accounting acumen exposure and experienceExperience using Microsoft Office Suite Senior First Aid (desirable)Strong planning and organisational skillsTime management and the ability to prioritising tasks and meet deadlinesThe ability to work harmoniously with other people of various backgroundsProblem solving – identifying and finding a solutions autonomouslyExcellent Communication skills – both written and verbal
