Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 + Superannuation + Performance Incentives
Ability Now Therapy Services Pty Ltd is a growing allied health provider committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to people living with disability. We support children, adolescents, and adults through person-centred therapy services designed to improve independence, participation, and overall wellbeing.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists to join our multidisciplinary team.
Conduct comprehensive assessments within your professional scope of practice.
Develop and implement participant-centred therapy plans aligned with individual goals and NDIS outcomes.
Deliver evidence-based interventions to children, adolescents, and adults living with disability.
Monitor participant progress and adjust therapy programs as required.
Prepare professional reports, progress reports, assessments, and NDIS documentation.
Collaborate with participants, families, carers, educators, support coordinators, support workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities.
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, professional registration requirements, and organisational policies.
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current AHPRA Registration.
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
Eligibility for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
Current AHPRA Registration.
Current Australian Driver's Licence or ability to obtain.
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to person-centred and evidence-based practice.
