Job Description

Join the team at Elysium Noosa and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll provide friendly and professional service across our restaurant, bar, events, and conference spaces. From welcoming guests and taking orders to serving food and beverages, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable experiences while upholding the luxury service standards of Elysium and Accor.

We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service from arrival to departure.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently recommend menu items and specials.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality standards are maintained.
• Operate the POS system and process orders accurately.
• Assist with restaurant bookings, guest enquiries, and telephone reservations.
• Support the delivery of conferences, functions, weddings, and special events.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented restaurant and bar environment.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
• Take ownership of your section and contribute to a seamless guest experience.
• Act as a proud ambassador for Elysium Noosa and Accor, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous food and beverage experience is desirable but not essential.
• Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
