Purchasing administrator

Key responsibilities will include: 

• Place Purchase orders based on requisitions 

• Data entry into the company ERP system

• Manage invoice approval system internally to the business

• Track orders and provide updates to the team

• Review invoices against purchase orders in the ERP system 

• Contribute to annual stocktake and manage regular stocktake procedures 

• Assist procurement manager in forecasting supply chain requirements and collaborate to ensure requirements are met

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• Experience working within the fast moving consumer goods industry (min 1 year)

• Experience operationally working in a factory environment

• Sound problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail 

• Relevant tertiary or secondary qualification

• Experience using an ERP system or relevant accounting system
