Full-Time Practice Manager – Burpengary Vet

Burpengary Vet is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Practice Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who enjoys supporting people, improving processes, and creating an exceptional experience for clients, patients, and the team.

About the role:

• Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the practice
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to our veterinary nursing and reception teams
• Ensure exceptional patient care and client experiences
• Manage workflow, team coordination, rostering, and practice processes
• Assist with stock management, compliance, and administrative responsibilities
• Help foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive workplace culture

About you:

• Previous experience in veterinary, healthcare, or a similar environment preferred
• A veterinary nursing background is highly regarded, but not essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for animal care and supporting a dedicated team
• Veterinary nursing experience is advantageous but not essential
