People & Culture Officer - Workplace Relations
Location: Tamworth, NSW
THE OPPORTUNITY
COULD THIS BE YOU?
Tamworth Regional Council is seeking a capable and customer-focused People & Culture Officer – Workplace Relations to provide high-level administrative support across a diverse range of workplace matters.
This opportunity would suit an exceptional administrator with experience in human resources, legal administration, workplace relations, governance, compliance or legislative administration who is ready to apply their transferable skills in a contemporary People & Culture environment.
Working closely with our People & Culture Business Partners, you will assist with:

Previous experience in human resources or local government will be highly regarded; however, it is not essential. We are equally interested in candidates who bring strong administration, legislative interpretation and stakeholder-management skills, together with a genuine interest in developing their People & Culture career.

Salary range: Grade 12 - 14 - $1,495.60 - $1,817.60 per annum plus 12% superannuation for a 35 hour work week . Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
Shortlisted applicants will be required to undertake a Pre-employment Medical Screening including Alcohol & Other Drugs Testing.
